Liability for Contents

The contents of our web pages have been written with greatest care. We cannot accept liability for the validity, the completeness and up-to-dateness of the contents, though. As service provider in accordance with § 7 section 1 German TMG, we are responsible for own contents on these pages according to general laws. In accordance with §§ 8 to 10 German TMG, we as service provider are not obliged to monitor transferred or stored external information or to search for circumstances that point at unlawful action. Obligations to remove or to ban usage of information according to general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible as of the point of time at which knowledge of a concrete infringement is gained. Upon gaining knowledge of such infringements, we will immediately remove these contents.

Liability for Links

Our offerings contain links to web pages of third parties, the content of which we do not have any influence on. For this reason, we cannot accept liability for these external contents. For contents of linked web pages, always the corresponding provider or operator is responsible. The linked pages were checked for possible infringements at the point of time of linking. Unlawful contents were not identifiable at the point of time of linking. A permanent content monitoring of linked pages, though, is not reasonable without concrete pointers. Upon gaining knowledge of infringements, we will immediately remove such links.

Copyright

The contents and works on these pages written by the page operators are subject to the German Copyright. Copying, editing, distributing and any kind of usage outside the provisions of the law are subject to written approval by the author or originator, respectively. Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted for private, non-commercial purposes. As far as contents on this page were not written by the operator, copyrights of third parties are respected. Contents of third parties are marked as such in particular. Should you take notice of any infringement of a copyright anyway, we kindly ask you for a corresponding hint. Upon gaining knowledge of infringements, we will immediately remove such contents.

No written Warning without Contacting Us first

In case of your raising a claim of any kind due to copyright, competition and trademark issues we kindly ask you to contact us immediately in order to avoid unnecessary legal disputes, written warnings and costs. Should claims of the above kind be raised, we provide redress, which a possible danger of repetition is firmly excluded by, prior to a final, legally binding clearance. A faring note of fees for a written warning by counsel without contacting us first would then be rejected due to nonobservance of mitigation of damages. Upon an – in this sense – unnecessary or unjustified written warning as well as subsequent measures we would respond by a negative declaratory action.
